In the event of a claim

  1. Make sure everyone is safe.
  2. Contact 911 (police or fire department) depending on the seriousness of the incident. For water damage, shut off the water valve and/or contact a professional such as a plumber.
  3. Once safe, call your insurer or broker, as applicable. The name of the insurer can be found on your insurance certificate or contract. (Note: Leclerc is your broker not your insurer.)

To report a claim

  1. Consult your insurance certificate or contract to find out the name of your insurer. (Note: Leclerc is a broker not an insurer.)
  2. If your insurer is listed in the table below, you must contact them directly. Otherwise, for all other insurers, call Leclerc at 1 800 567-0927 or fill out this inquiry form. The same form is available via customer portal (request a change menu).
