Will I receive my policy in the mail as usual?

Yes, contracts will be mailed as usual. Please be aware that you can also access your policies through our customer portal on our Website. You will find the menu in the upper right corner of the site.

I am currently having trouble paying my premium

Most insurers allow you to defer a payment if you contact them at least 10 business days before the date of withdrawal or cashing of a check.  Contact us for more information.

What happens if I have a claim during the pandemic?

Our telephone service is always available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our claims adjusters will be happy to assist you at 1 800 567-0927.

What if the installation of an antitheft tracking or marking system is required and the supplier is closed due to the pandemic?

If the installation of an antitheft system is mandatory for your vehicle, we will be flexible until the suppliers reopen.

What happens if my RV or motorcycle is still in the U.S. and the maximum period of 180 days outside Quebec is about to end?

If you are among those whose RV or motorcycle is in the United States, either because you had to leave quickly and/or you do not think you can return to pick it up as planned, please contact us at 1 800 567-0927.  Please note that, because of the situation with COVID-19, it is possible to extend the maximum period of 180 days outside Quebec.
